Centrally located in a prime location in Hot Springs, 12 minutes from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming and Historic Downton Hot Springs.

When you walk into this gorgeous open concept home, you will be invited by a large living room, with comfortable, updated furniture, large flat screen smart TV, for streaming your favorite channels and free WIFI. Then the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, 3 bar stools and table, with seating for 4. It has it all, you only need to bring your food. A stack washer/dryer is available for your use as well. The bedrooms are just off the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and on-suite bathroom, with a beautiful walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds, that can sleep 4 comfortably. The 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower combo is off the hallway, next to the 2nd bedroom. Enjoy a relaxing outside covered deck, that sets alongside the creek, with a propane griddle, patio seating, and outdoor firepit.

Smoking is not allowed INSIDE the property. Feel free to use the outdoor space.

We are dog friendly. So, if you are bringing a dog, please let us know. There is an extra pet fee to cover the cleaning cost.
