Sandpiper 40ft RV @EvansCliff / HotTub op het dek, BBQ-grill, herfsttarieven !!

De kans van je leven om op een betaalbare luxe vakantie te gaan! Geen brandstofkosten, geen campingkosten, geen installatie, geen opruimen. Volledig ingerichte keuken, grote koelkast, handdoeken, dekens, lakens. We hebben het ingesteld zodat iedereen recht naar boven kan rijden, binnenlopen en genieten! Kinderen kunnen rond de 40 hectare klauteren en hun verbeelding de vrije loop laten.

Prive-plek van andere campers, met een geweldig uitzicht (dit is niet je normale camperpark;). We zien graag huisdieren meedoen aan de vakantie.

Prachtig uitzicht over de beekkloof.

King size master, stapelbed kamer met dubbele en enkele bedden. Slaapbank in de woonkamer voor 2 personen. Slaap 7 in totaal.

Gloednieuw dek net toegevoegd, voor de hot tub en een leuke plek om te zitten en te ontspannen.

Laat het ons weten als u de 4-persoons hot tub tijdens uw bezoek wilt.

Mooie grote badkamer en douche, open haard, 39 inch pop-tv met servies, eettafel binnen en buiten onder de 20ft luifel.

Veel grote ramen om tijdens uw hele verblijf van het uitzicht op de kloof te genieten.

Ac, fornuis, koelkast, WiFi ... Alle gemakken van thuis. Koffiepot is inbegrepen, ofwel Keurig, Peculator of gebrouwen, als u een voorkeur heeft, laat het ons weten en wij zullen het voor u klaar hebben.

Geniet van alles, van prachtige zonsopkomsten tot prachtige zonsondergangen. Met meer dan duizend hectare uitzicht over de oude Edgemont - warmwaterbronnen spoorwegbed kronkelende door de canyon, met een uitgestrekte vallei daarachter.

RV is geparkeerd in een afgelegen gebied in de bomen dicht bij de klif, maar nog steeds gemakkelijk te bereiken met een auto of motor en goed verborgen voor het hoofdgebouw.

De exacte locatie van de camper komt mogelijk niet overeen met de getoonde foto's, omdat we blijven experimenteren met de beste instellingen.

Vergeet niet dat dit een RV / Camping-ervaring is, de RV heeft wel AC, maar in de hete zomermaanden kunnen we niet garanderen dat de RV net zo cool zal zijn als uw huis. De nachten vallen meestal in de jaren 50/60 zelfs in de zomer, dus met open ramen is het meestal zeer comfortabel om te slapen.

We absolutely loved our stay. Waking up and seeing the close and sunrise was our favorite part of this stay. The kids enjoyed the view and swing. The open and safety. The kids woke up and enjoyed outside without worried of danger. The RV is pretty spacious that pictures doesn’t justify. The master room was big enough for us and our little girls pack and play crib. The full size bed with a twin above is also its own room so everyone had their own space. We loved our stay. Highly recommend to anyone. Phone service is non existent at the mountains so it’s a great way to completely shut off the world and live in the moments. My phone did have WiFi but it wouldn’t load any apps such as the weather or anything so I was completely clueless on the weather and things going on with social media. I believe that’s just because my phone wouldn’t come off roaming. Don’t let the distance scare you because escaping reality and living this cliff dream was the best thing my family got to do. Also, there are two adorable goats close to the property that my kids fell in love with and enjoyed watching them eat and jump around. Such cute little chunky goats. Trust your guts and book this property and enjoy the escape. You won’t regret it!

Beautiful place to unwind after a day of site seeing.

A perfect way to unwind after seeing the sites of the Black Hills area. The property is a little slice of heaven, the views are beautiful. The Sandpiper was the prefect size for our family of 3. The hosts are really friendly and had great recommendations of things to do in Hot Springs. Make sure to visit the Mammoth Site, it was an unexpected surprise for us and ended up being our favorite thing we did!

Loved the Sandpiper

Our stay in Hot springs, South Dakota was very nice. We’re thinking of now trading our camper in for a Sandpiper…the property we stayed on had a stunning view, so even though this location was quite far from everything, the view definitely made up for all the driving. Will definitely let our friends and family know. The only down side was that in the evening when we got back and wanted to watch a little tv before bed we couldn’t get on anything. Thank goodness my husband had a good telephone plan, he would just use his phone for the data to watch something; internet froze a lot. Thank you Wade and Patricia for sharing your beautiful spot with us.

Perfect Stay

The views from this property were breathtaking. The camper had everything we needed to enjoy family dinners and time together and plenty of space for everyone to sleep or relax. It was also the perfect place for the dog to relax when we went on daily excursions that she couldn't be a part of. Communication with the hosts was also top-notch. Any questions or problems we had were answered or taken care of immediately. Thanks for a great stay - we hated to leave!

Everything about this place was wonderful. Hot Springs is a great place to stay away from the crowds of other towns in the Black Hills with a lot of outdoor adventures to be had. The Sandpiper is on a gorgeous bit of land with a beautiful view, and you can't go wrong with dog-friendly and a hot tub. This was a special vacation since it was our first with our son (5-months old), and he slept great because he was able to have privacy and quiet. Thank you for a great stay!

Nature Retreat

What a beautiful property! Nestled atop a tree-lined cliff and overlooking a valley, this location is an oasis for anyone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. We enjoyed watching wild turkeys, deer, robins, rabbits, and other wildlife going about their daily routines. We felt welcome and relaxed as soon as we arrived.

Fantastic !! I suppose that wade should invest in a couple new mattresses for the hide a bed and the bunk bed -- but the main bedroom and bed was wonderful. Some of the outside lights did not work, but we managed. The gray water filled up after taking only 4 showers, but we were leaving anyway that day.

It was a fantastic place to stay! Well appointed and very comfortable. The views were amazing and the outdoor space is perfect to hang out on all day. The only issue we had was the shower didnt have any water pressure so we resorted to wash cloths for bathing.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing time! Waking up to the beautiful view of the canyon was our favorite part of our stay. The Sandpiper was perfect for the 2 of us. Very clean and the bed was sooo comfy! Sitting around the fire at night was very relaxing and the visit from the mule deer was such a nice surprise! Our dog enjoyed it as well. Thank you for an amazing time at your little slice of heaven!

We had an amazing and beautiful experience staying at the sandpiper. We were greeted with warm smiles and felt incredibly welcomed. Everything was taken care of and the owners are so responsive. The property has the most stunning views any time of day, from sunsrise to star filled skies. Absolutely, peaceful.
