Furnishings include: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, pots and baking sheets, cooking utensils, crock pot, electric skillet, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons along with cookbooks in the back master on the bookshelf.

The house had beautiful views of the trees from all the windows.The location was perfect only five minutes away from everything. The kitchen was missing a few important things like a wine opener. Our family of seven rented this property over the Fourth of July break. It was our first time in Hot Springs and it was the perfect location to downtown. The inside was awesome and had everything that we needed to Enjoy our 3 night stay. The house was always cold which was awesome for the hot July days. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic, well stocked, convenient location

The house is really cute and welcoming, kitchen is fully outfitted with any cooking and eating utensils you may need, I think I even spotted an air fryer! Location is convenient to downtown and the state park. Our group would definitely book again!

We took in alot of sites. My 4 year old granddaughter enjoyed the petting zoo, parks, going to the mine to look for gems. My 89 year old Dad enjoyed the casino, mineral bath and massage. It was great and if i went to the area i would stay there again.

Sweet Stay

The property looked just like the pictures. The only downside was the wifi not being available. We didn’t really need the tv or wifi much but we’re unable to get that squared away during the stay. There were nice touches. Everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Great stay

This was a great little house to stay in while in Hot Springs. The kids got to enjoy their own little room with trundle beds, and each couple got their own king size bed. It was clean. Instructions were simple. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Overall, it was great, and I’d recommend it to anyone!
