Gunstig gelegen aan Lake DeSoto, nodigt ons huis u uit met een adembenemend uitzicht! Vanaf het moment dat je naar binnen loopt, voel je je thuis. Buiten zal de waterval die naar het meer stroomt je betoveren.

Onlangs gerenoveerd, slaapt het huis comfortabel acht tot tien in vier slaapkamers ingericht met twee kingsize bedden, een California kingsize bed en een set van twee aparte bedden. Een queensize slaapbank is ook geschikt voor twee. Het huis heeft drie volledige badkamers. Twee werden onlangs gerenoveerd met grote dubbele hoofd inloopdouches.

De dekken zijn enorm en bieden een indrukwekkend uitzicht op de vijvers in de achtertuin, watervallen, patio's (met vuurplaats), aanlegsteiger en meer. U kunt koken in de keuken of de gasbarbecue gebruiken, maar geniet van het uitzicht terwijl u eet.

Breng uw eigen boot mee, start deze in de nabijgelegen jachthaven en maak vast aan de kade. Geniet van watersport vanaf uw boot of ga zwemmen in het meer aan het ‘strand’ aan de linkerkant van het dok. Stappen in het water leiden tot een erwtengrindbodem die ondiep en gemakkelijk op de voeten is.

Het huis ligt op slechts drie mijl binnen de hoofdingang en vlak bij DeSoto Blvd, de belangrijkste oost-west weg in het dorp. In de omgeving zijn DeSoto golfbaan, DeSoto zwembad, minigolf, tennisbanen, recreatiecentrum voor kinderen en wandelpaden. Alle andere golfbanen liggen op niet meer dan 20 minuten rijden en zijn gemakkelijk te vinden vanaf DeSoto Blvd.

Het huis is uitgerust met alle voorzieningen die u zou verwachten in een luxe woning. Het omvat een wasmachine / droger, magnetron, plafondventilatoren, tv met groot scherm, vier andere tv's, drie videorecorders, drie dvd-spelers, stereo, kabel-tv en high speed internet / wifi. Dit is je thuis weg van huis. Het huis wordt ook geleverd met vier kajaks, een waterfiets, zwemvesten en waterspeelgoed / drijvers.

Als je een groep hebt die te groot is voor dit huis, bekijk dan de lijst voor ons huis op San Mateo Place, VRBO # 160563, voor 6-8 personen en op slechts een steenworp afstand. Ons derde Lake DeSoto-huis heeft vier slaapkamers, vier badkamers en geweldig uitzicht op het meer en toegang, VRBO # 191874. We doen een pakketdeal als u meerdere huizen huurt!

We hebben ook zowel 20 'als 24' pontonboten, ook wel partyschip genoemd, te huur bij onze huurders. Informeer voor meer informatie!

Picturesque Lake View

Great lake view and several patios to enjoy the view. Fire pit a plus and beautifully landscaped backyard. House furnishings are a little dated but there are 3 comfortable king size beds! Cor, the owner, is very responsive and friendly. The house is close to the HSV main gate and main road. It was perfect for 3 couples on a golf trip.

Guys’ Golf Trip

Three buddies and I enjoyed this house for 4 nights in April during a golf trip. It was perfect for relaxing on the decks or patio or by the lake, with a wonderful relaxing view of the water. Great for grilling and drinks. Older but comfy couches and recliners in front of huge tv. Everyone enjoyed their own room. Would rent again.

Charming Lake House

Our family had a nice time recently at this charming lake house. It was as advertised. We had a little hiccup at the beginning of the trip, but the host was quick to resolve the issue and help how he could. The Village is quiet and serene, and not too far from all the touristy things we wanted to do.

Back yard to die for

The house was perfect for what we needed.... comfort for a large group. We had 9 people, 3 of which were kids. Plenty of comfortable beds. Plenty of things to do. My only drawback was that we didn't get to stay long. The fountain in the back is beautiful. The owner came out to work on it, so it only worked a few minutes. Owner is very nice and we hope to come back and visit again.

Although the place needed updating, it was not as clean as expected. Some furnishings need to be replaced because of age and use over time. We actually had to wash linen on beds. I was very disappointed.

Lake is beautiful!! A lot of steps but not too bad if you take everything you need down to the lake. Driveway is steep so I recommend getting there before dark so you can see and back your vehicle in. We enjoyed our stay and it was plenty big enough for our crew of 8.

A great place to stay

Very clean, beautiful view. Great accommodations. We were 10 people aged 75 to 5, and everyone enjoyed the stay. Only negative--the driveway is a 45° angle and we flatlanders had a bit of a struggle, but that is mild compared to everything else the place had to offer.

Exceptionally helpful host and housekeeper.

One of our party left a small air tag behind. The housekeeper found it, turned it over to the owner who notified me and then mailed it to me. Many would have just kept it, let alone go through the trouble and expense of packaging and mailing it.

Disappointed with Uncommunicated Restrictions

We recently stayed at this property and while the overall property was nice, there were disappointing aspects that we feel should have been communicated to us beforehand. The biggest letdown was the restriction on the kayaks and pedal boat, which we were not informed about until we arrived. We specifically chose this property because it was one of the few with these water amenities. Had we known beforehand that they were off-limits, we would have likely selected different accommodations. It was frustrating to discover this upon arrival, and while we understand there may have been reasons for the restriction, clear communication beforehand would have been greatly appreciated. Upon entering the property, we were greeted with a laundry basket filled with wet sheets on top of the dryer. This was not a pleasant sight, and it gave the impression that the property had not been properly prepared for our arrival. We also had to make unexpected adjustments to our sleeping arrangements. We planned to use the sofa sleeper downstairs for some of our group, but upon pulling out the bed, we discovered mousetraps and droppings underneath. This was quite unsettling and forced us to rearrange our plans. The backyard did offer a beautiful view of Lake Desoto, which was the highlight of the property. However, the disappointment of the restricted amenities and the uncleanliness overshadowed this aspect. While the property itself had potential, the lack of communication left us disappointed.

Good Time w/ Friends

The place was clean and as described. The house did have a musty smell, but it went away fairly quickly. The owner was kind to check in on us and agree to a late check out, but responses did take a little time. We could only get one of the TVs to work, which was a little disappointing. Great view, but the driveway was STEEP and a little scary. Overall, we had a good time, which is all that really matters.
