This is in a gated condo community. So you first have to stop at the guard station and get checked in, then you can head to your condo. Its really really dark - great for peaceful - so finding the condo might be difficult at night. It was for me at least, and spooked my kiddo a little (she was fine though). The ammenities - pool, etc. are the communities - and we had to find out about those after we arrived. I would suggest you contact the condo directly and ask about the ammenities hours, etc. so you can plan to use them. Otherwise your scheduling might not match up.The communicatation ahead of time was great. The kitchen is well stocked - and a grocery store is just outside of the main entry to the community.My husband is a master carpenter, so he found some of the maintence in the condo a little annoying (baseboards not properly attached, walls where patches had been made where the paint didn't quite match, kitchen counters were resurfaced with a paint technique - so its a little sticky and flaking off in places, etc.) We have used enough of these that we understand that owners are often out of state and/or a company, so a property owner being physically there to check for these details is not always the case. It was fine!!Overall, a little pricey for what we expexted. But - really nice point of contact that was super sweet and fast to respond. We were comfortable and happy. Locatation was very convenient! My kid loves high tables, so the dining table was her fave.
