'Mooi en modern hotel, maar gelegen aan de rand van de industriezone vlakbij twee beursgebouwen. Te voet naar het centrum is 50 minuten ! Mooie kamer met alle comfort en twee verschillende hoofdkussens. Uitgebreid lekker ontbijt. Vriendelijk onthaal en leuke bar. Wel jammer dat de drie ramen in mijn kamer (401) niet volledig verduisterd konden worden. '

'It was our first time in Bolzano and this hotel provided the perfect ambience as well as convenience. There is nothing really bad to say about the experience. If I were to be extremely critical it would be the fact that if you have a tall vehicle, you will need to park a 5-8 minute walk away at an open air parking lot instead of their suggested closed garage. 'We stayed the Palais Hortenberg as a jumping off point for a Dolomites trek. It was a very comfortable and convenient place to start off and return to. We were able to store our luggage, rest and relax in a spacious room, and enjoy breakfast on our lovely terrace. We were also able to do laundry on the premises which was a big help after a long hike. '
