'Upon arrival we were asked if we would like refresh/house keeping during our stay of 5 days, we said yes. Not once did we get any service. On day 3, I asked the desk to make sure we were indeed on the list for services, asked for fresh towels and what to do with our garbage, seeing we had a kitchen/suite with food rubbish and no garbage bags were in any of our receptacles to start. Day 4, again no services and we were now out of toilet paper. To the front desk again we went. The floors were...

'This property is disgusting. We had paid for four nights and ended up only staying one night due to there being bugs in the bed. Our faucet was busted, there was yellow stains all over our sheets. Our bathroom had no door frame. And we had planned with our family member who had just graduated from the army to go back to the hotel and swim, but we cannot do so because there was dead frogs in the pool. The hotel felt so nasty for my kids.'

'Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.'

'I checked in and my room had roaches, front desk Carlos was very nice and had accommodated me with another room but unfortunately that room had roaches and bed bugs, hallway smelled like cigarettes and property was un sanitary. Will not book this property again. Glad I was able to get a refund.'

'This property is a hidden gem. The outer appearance is appealing which leads you to the well-maintained inside. There was plenty of room for our guests and the hosts were very responsive and courteous. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area. '

'We booked 4 nights. The room was not what we booked. The room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Hair every where. The toilet didn’t flush all the way so they provided an “extra trash can” for us to fill in the bath tub to use to pour down the toilet in order to flush it all the way. Out of all the light fixtures only 1 had a light bulb. The unit that held the fridge was broken and the fridge had black mold and a foul smell. Could not open without hitting your knuckles....
