'The price was great. The room was large and comfortable. Everything appeared newly renovated and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. It was conveniently located to restaurants. The lady at the desk was friendly. Overall, a very nice experience. '

'Most of the staff was very friendly & helpful. The bar doesn't display the alcohol bottles so customers don't realize the bar serves it. Our bartender needs training on hospitality associated with customer service. Being more attentive to the customers & not sitting in a booth on their phone. They should at least try to show they are happy to be there. Parts of the hotel appears to be under construction. The ceiling was exposed concrete & you could see the electrical conduit. The light fixtures...

'Only booked this for indoor pool/spa had our daughter with us …spa had green mold on floor and stairs did not turn on lukewarm water …pool was not clean either

'Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows. I was only there for 1 night and just needed some rest but i couldn’t help but wonder if the rest of the linens were clean/changed or not. Breakfast was what one could...
