'We went for a medical appt for our son. We couldn’t get the same room for all 5 days so we asked for a late check out for noon and an early check in so our son didn’t have to be away from a bathroom he has gastrointestinal issues. The staff were amazing!! Thought it might be a couple hours to wait for the new room but they had it ready for us in 15 minutes Transferred from one room to the other. We are truely grateful how helpful they were to accommodate us. The rest of the week was relaxing...

'Antonio was absolutely amazing! He truly understands the meaning of service with a smile. He greeted us with enthusiasm and made sure our stay was memorable. We wish him much success in his career. Cat was our breakfast server, she was very friendly and made sure our coffee cup stayed full. She gave attention to detail. This was by far the best staff we had at a hotel in years. '

'This is our second time staying at the Hotel Arvon. It's an historic building that's been beautifully restored. The room we stayed in was small but had everything we needed. It was perfect for two people. There is a restaurant on-site, which was a huge plus as we arrived later in the evening and still wanted dinner. Breakfast was included with our stay. We would definitely stay here again.'

'The room was clean and comfortable. Ran a UV light over everything and was pleased to see everything was in order. I had a problem getting the WiFi to work and the gentleman on the front desk was very friendly and efficient in helping me resolve the issue. And I must confess the problem was a misunderstanding on my part and not with the facility. Overall a pleasant stay and I would recommend them.'
