I am writing regarding our recent stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites.
During the night, the fire alarm was activated multiple times due to what appeared to be a maintenance failure. These repeated incidents caused significant disruption and made it impossible to sleep, resulting in a completely sleepless night.
We specifically chose your hotel to ensure a restful stay before continuing a long road trip the following day.

'It was a clean hotel but the shower only had water coming out of just over 1/2 of the head and the tub was broken. When I let them know about it they just said they would make a note. I only realized the tub didn’t plug it was the second night so I couldn’t even take a bath and by this time '

'We loved the cabin so much! It was really what a cabin in Montana should look like. The veranda, the firepit, BBQ, the immense views. And thanks for everything that was already present in the cabin: it is so nice to have a fully stocked place available! A well equipped kitchen, bathroom, living, and bedroom. The hosts Vicky and Gary and Melissa, were also great, and quick with responses and a solution to a minor problem. If we ever visit Yellowstone again, this cabin would be the stay we wish♡'

Not clean , breakfast taste like chemicals , pool water for the kids was freezing one night okay the next , box fan in the window for ventilation , hot tub was burning hot and jets didn’t work. Room door you could see day light through, walls are so thin you can hear everything! Sink in my room that I paid full price for had a sign taped to the bottom of it that said out of order due to construction 😒 absolutely will not be returning. One...

'We had a good time, the view-wow!. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean and fresh...the location was perfect for us. If we could suggest one thing: every morning the breakfast was just terrible.
