'Make sure your pool is clean. I went there just for the pool and it was green top at all is the first room. The toilet didn’t rush the second room. There was a cockroaches in there and the third room from the top of the ceiling and all the way down to the ground there’s a water leak leakage on the sheet rock . after the third room when I found out about the leakage on the sheet rock, I didn’t wanna move anymore, but they did take care of me about that. They did comp me drinks and free breakfast....

'There was no hand wash, body wash, shampoo or conditioner. Shower didn't work either. Called the reception, went downstairs and all they said was to wait for a few minutes. It took them 45min to give a shampoo bottle. Horrible experience.'

'Was nasty 1st room had mildew order really bad staff moved us to another room that room had poop on the seat and the shower had hair on it the blankets had been tucked and straightened up you can see someone had s3x on it both rooms had no keys. I ended up not staying at this nasty place. Still waiting on my refund of my deposit and refund from the room.. do not recommend this place'

'The first room we had smelled like mold and mildew. There was mold on the ceiling and the floor was completely wet. The next that we were given was on the first floor and was an “accessible” one. The door to the bathroom opened into the bathroom and left no room to close it bless you moved all the way by the toilet. The shower you had to push the lever so hard my husband almost couldn’t even turn it on.'

'DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY. If you can do nasty then this is the place. It’s straight gross. When Imogen’s breakfast it’s not breakfast just a muffin or a frozen breakfast sandwich sandwiches all you get.

'When I first reserved this place for my wife and mother in law, it showed a 7+rating about 2 months ago. When they got there it was dirty, nasty, and unkept. I went to the app that I used to rent it and the rating was now a 4.2. How does a property drop in rating that much in 2 months. It has to be because of the place itself and the ownership/ management.
I don’t recommend this place for anyone.'

'This is a new property and it had a few tweaks that were needed. However, it did not interfere with my stay.
Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple.
The hotel is located directly at restaurant and bar areas. Easily walkable to cafes...
