'I hope to forget about this place forever.
The staff has ruined my stay by making a mistake in my reservation and ruining my son’s graduation day for me, the room service doesn’t not care about Do not disturb signs and ruined a very important work meeting for me by literally breaking into my room. I will skip mentioning breakfast, amenities and other minor things.
Associating itself with Hilton is a misleading claim.'

'I had called a week ago to make sure the 4-year-old was added to the booking, and the lady told me it was "common sense" and she didn't need to check. But when I got there, she flipped.
