'Staff was very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is situated near the airport and promoting itself as an airport hotel, we had expected that there would be a shuttle service. However the staff did arrange a taxi for us. But that’s a very expensive solution. The only dinner option is the hotel itself. The menu is sufficient and the food was fine. '

'I don't normally leave reviews however I felt compelled to leave one for this property. Andi and Yuki were wonderful hosts. The place was immaculate. The geothermal pool is a great addition. Make sure you get the breakfast for at least one of your mornings during your stay. It was fabulous.'

'This experience was a little different in that we never met any staff at the facility. They leave you a key in a lockbox which was easy to use. The bathrooms are not in the hotel room. They are in a different hallway but each private and VERY clean. We didn't really mind it at all.
