'3 nights in July for our anniversary, booked on Expedia, upgraded from a junior suite to an apartment. Rooms and staff are the real draw. Dining, especially over Shabbat, is where it stumbles. 4/5.
The Good: Staff were wonderful, Sam especially. The spa was closed for renovation (we only learned on arrival), so no anniversary massage on-site. Instead of shrugging, Yiannis rang nearby resorts, found us availability at the Azia at a good price, and it was one of the best massages we've had. They...

'We hebben met twee jonge kinderen en een baby een week gelogeerd bij Anna hotel-appartements in Mei. De eigenaars zijn hartelijk en zeer hulpvaardig. Het hotel is rustig gelegen (een auto is gemakkelijk) en met een grasveldje, fijn zwembad (en babybad) en eetgelegenheid ideaal om een week rust te zoeken en van het weer te genieten. Met de auto ben je snel in het mooie Coral Bay om aan het openbare strand te hangen of snorkelen. Het centrum van het dorpje waarin het hotel ligt is op loopafstand....

'Comfortable spacious apartment between the old town and the waterfront, really good value for money in the low season. There were 4 swimming pools in the complex which looked clean. The oven wasn't really clean though. Note that in winter the sun doesn't really shine through in the pool areas.'

'The hotel was nice but overall outdated, they cleaned your room and added eyes water and fruits everyday. I enjoyed the stay but there were couple things I did not like. The food and drinks when possible were softened/loosened with extra water. Swimming pool water was so cold, even the weather outside was nice the pool was 19C.'

'The coffee at breakfast was really poor quality. The room condition is old and tired. The receptionists were cold, nearly no emotion. No greeting to the customers and not helpful. The porter is the only personnel who is helpful and kind. '
