'The staff was as helpful as they could be. 1st our room didn’t have a trash can. 2nd the fold out couch mattress had springs sticking out of the mattress. 3rd the hot water for the shower only got to warm and the control handle is wrong. When put to hot the water is cold and when put to put it’s cold. The middle was warm. 4th Bathroom door would not shut and lock. 5th the hot tub is out of order. 6th the pool water was cold even though it’s indoor. Overall for $180/night this is the worst hotel...

'Ontvangst was prima en de kamer ook. De borg is 150 dollar en dat is absurd. We zijn nu een week verder en het is nog steeds niet vrijgegeven op de creditcard. Alle andere hotels wel dus en een hoge borg en laat vrijgeven.
Daarnaast was het ontbijt slecht. Toen we aankwamen was alles leeg (7.30 uur). Toen we vroegen om aanvulling reageerde de medewerkster zeer geïrriteerd. We konden alleen een wafel maken. Uiteindelijk werd het eten aangevuld maar het kostte veel moeite. Ik zou een iets...
