'Staff was very helpful, checked into room that wasnt ready (fronf desk didnt know), upon discovery immediately moved me to a room that was ready (kudos) room AC had some issues immediately upon notice staff was on top of it, problem shortly fixed agaian kudos to them. Front desk very helpful make travel arraingements to the airpot (free shuttle). Overall great experience would stay again if i had stop over in town. '

They also allowed us to buy one more night when we decided that we needed a little more time. The floor was very dirty. Like most people in Laos, they don't know how to properly clean a floor.
