'The picture I was shown of the property I was supposed to receive was not at all close. There is no staff on site it was difficult to find and when I called for help there was no communication. 'Both rooms lacked air conditioning; in one, the shower head sprayed water widely, and the bathroom sink’s pop-up would drop and fill the basin. I informed management in the morning, returned in the afternoon to find the same issues, and had to stay at another hotel for the rest of my vacation. I am not usually a complainer, but this stay warranted a review.'
