'Wat is uniek van het hotel is de locatie. Het ligt in het centrum van Mombasa. En dat is echt een groot plus. En Sapphire is een prettig en echte chic hotel accommodatie. De hotel kamer was echt schoon en alles werkte perfect inclusief de AC. Maar ik miste een water koker om een koopje thee/koffee te kunnen maken. Ik vond het ontbijt echt top....elke dag anders en best lekker. Ga zo door Sapphire hotel!!!'

'Staff at the hotel are very helpful and kind. It was raining during our stay and the staff were working tirelessly to keep the floors shinning and free of dirt tracked in from the street. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices and the staff would serve you and make omelets or sunnyside-up, The area at night was quiet and it was easily accessible as it is in the town centre. The beds are comfortable and washrooms have enough towels, soap and shampoo. Tub also drains well. Only missing...

'Me and my party enjoy our stay. Our flight for the day we were to check out was a late flight and management was kind enough to give us a late checkout. 'This guest house is located near to the Oswal Academy, along the road which runs opposite the Westmall Grocery. The Beachmatt Supermarket is about a quarter of a mile away on Beach Road and the Breakthrough Chapel International is opposite the supermarket on Beach Road. 'Locatie is mooi, de tij valt mee. Je kan niet op 't strand zitten, geen ligbanken. Ook verboden met hotel badlakens. Wel met eigen handdoeken. Kakerlakken, gedateerd. 30 jaar oud. In de badkamer licht steeds stuk, wc en wastafel lopen door. Foto klopt niet met de kamer. Personeel heel aardig. Eten was de 2de dag beter.'
