'I felt badly for the staff. I wasn’t greeted by a person and had to make a call just to get checked in. The employee was nice, but clearly overworked and stressed because she was all alone at peak check in time. I’m sure guests got frustrated with the lack of staff and likely take it out on her. Greedy corporation. I won’t stay there again.'

'Good hotel. Maintained Very helpful front desk girl. Only complaint. House keeping. Our room when checked in had no bags in garbage cans, 1/2 used roll of toilet paper. Could tell bathroom shower has not had a good clean in corners in a long time. Tooth paste spatter on mirror. After 2 nights we asked for room to be cleaned. Didn't give us any toilet paper we ran out check out morning.. had to take some from a room that had already been vacated. The complimentary cups we had used in room had...

'The first room was so hot we couldn’t stand it. No maintenance around. Moved to another room. Smelled like a dogs bed. Lifted up the fitted sheet and it was full of dog or cat hair. The phone didn’t work so had to run down to the receptionist each time to talk to them. They brought new sheets but not the right size and no new mattress pad. Had to walk back to reception desk to ask for right size. Had to just put sheets on bed as they no other mattress pads there. Be hard to go back there again....

'I called the day before our arrival to ask if there was any possibility of an earlier check-in since I was scheduled for a procedure early the next morning I had to prepare for and wanted time to get settled and rest. I was told that an early check-in wouldn’t be possible, which I understood.
However, when we arrived just before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, our room hadn’t even been started by housekeeping. There were several staff members at the front desk, but one older gentleman was rude and...

'Hotel needs works. Side entrance does not work, lots of wear and tear on the building. What they describe as a gym is 2 treadmills with 1 broken, an elliptical and free weights up to 24 pounds with no room to use them. Bathroom had a very bad caulking job as well as rusty tub. Looks to be an old Fairfield Inn with no new signage.'

'Staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms were clean. Supplies were lacking. Empty containers of hand wash and body wash. Front desk advised it has been ordered but no refills. Also, rooms and towels only cleaned every three days which we were not aware of so left our used towels on the floor. When we came back to our room at 1:00 am after a long drive from Medora we came back to no supplies for a shower. Staff were very friendly at reception and breakfast.'
