'The front desk staff told me they were short staffed when I asked for a hair dryer. “I don’t know where they are; I’ll leave a note for the morning.” I never got a hair dryer.
The sheet was stained on the king sized bed when I pulled back the bedspread. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable.

'When we got our keys and headed to the elevator, it smelled so strong of mildew and had mildew stains all around the carpet. We got to our room to find the adjoining door open, greasy finger prints on the furniture, mold stains and moisture-caused cracking paint all over the bathroom ceiling, and a strong cigarette and mildew odor. 'The staff were all excellent and the location is convenient. The breakfast attendant especially was kind and friendly. The room was clean, however, it had a really strong odor - body odor or a musty smell. It dissipated a bit with the AC on, but was still noticeable. Overall, a fine option for a one night stay.'

'Upon arrival I was there an hour and a half early and they wanted to charge me $30 extra. I have never had to do that anyplace I've ever stayed so I said I'll be back. But then later on that evening we decided to go to the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn't working and it looked like the pool area hadn't been clean in a long time. People were itching their initials around the pool in the scum. So needless to say the breakfast were not that good. It has gone downhill. Very disappointing. Won't...

'Room was clean, large size with couch. Everything is a step above all the other hotels we typically stay in, such as IHG, BW, etc. Did not hear any noise in hallway or other rooms. Mattress was very comfortable and nice linens.

'Avoid this hotel at all cost! All but one of the staff I crossed paths with gave creepy, awkward vibes and/or were rude. The whole hotel was gross and the room felt like it was deep-down grimy. The area is sketchy. Parking wraps around almost the whole building with side door access, making all the side doors poorly-lit, shady areas that attracted some sketchy bystanders. The worst of all was my personal experience of a room break-in while I was out -- something I never thought would ever...
