'Great location!! Pleasant staff! Check in was super easy and our room was close to elevator as requested. The bed was really hard like a wood box not comfortable for a good night sleep after spending all day at the beach. We noticed the room lighting was very dim. 'I stayed in Room 2629 during my visit. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and hotel did not meet expectations, especially considering the rate of more than $400 per night.
The bathroom had a water stain and mold forming on the wall to the left of the bathtub near the floor. The towel bar had apparently been repaired recently, but the patchwork looked rushed and unfinished. The bathroom exhaust fan rattled continuously while running, and there was hair left in the shower upon arrival.

'Overall the stay was alright. When we checked in, we arrived to our room which had a dirty sheet on it- we called the desk and they immediately sent housekeeping up with all new bedding (we had to rip off the old bedding and make the bed with the new bedding). 'The Front desk staff who checked us was very knowledgeable and kind. The property was clean but didn't have enough handicapped parking close to the entrance of the lobby. The eating area was very clean. The elevator was mostly clean.
There was no eggs or proteins of any sort served for breakfast. The toilet seat was loose. And the tub felt unstable.'
