'I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. Unfortunately, I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning after eating there.

'The room was in unacceptable condition — damp and mouldy walls, a strong musty smell, broken sink, and leaking air conditioning.
I complained and was moved to another room, but it also had a strong damp smell. I contacted Expedia about a refund but received no satisfactory resolution.
I have photos documenting the conditions. Based on my personal experience, I strongly would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.'

'
We booked a hotel based on what was shown on the website, but upon arrival, we were given a completely different hotel — Al Ebraj Hotel — which looks nothing like the photos on the booking site. They told us this is our hotel, but it does not match what we originally booked.

M. Khan '
