'Lovely little village hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. My twin room was spotlessly clean with a well stocked tea tray with range of teas/coffee/biscuits etc. and premium bottled waters. Large shower room and ample towels, toiletries and bath robes. Only complaint is kitchen closes early at 6.45pm and no other options to eat out close by and rooms to front can be noisy being on a main road. Overall, would stay again, ideal for racecourse and Palace.'

'De kamers zijn schoon maar sinds de jaren 70 is er wel iets veranderd en de kamers zouden een grote update moeten hebben want het is echt oud allemaal, wat ook voor de rest van het hotel geld. Tevens vinden ze het normaal om feesten te houden waarbij het hele hotel mee geniet van de muziek omdat deze zo hard staat. Gezien deze prijs/ kwaliteit zeker geen aanrader.'

'Have heard nlt so good things about this hotel in the past but this is the first time I have stayed. It has new owners and well I must say they are turning it around. The price was very competitive and this included breakfast which was very good. The room was a little dated but was very clean, the bathroom is brand new and very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly. We didnt eat apart from breakfast so cant comment on the resteraunt other than the breakfast. We would stay again, also...

'The property was very nice and in a good location. Check in was very easy and the host communicated very well. 5 stars for the property and host. The only reason for the 4 stars overall, was because the kitchen lacked some of the basics (salt, sugar...) and the beds were not terribly comfortable. However, we would stay here again if in the area. The cliff view, cleanliness, and great host communication was appreciated.'
