'The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. '

'The first room we checked into was in poor condition - the bed was broken and the bathroom door was impossible to open. I scratched my leg on a piece of metal sticking out of the box as well. Staff checked us into a different room, and this one was at least functional. Sheets and towels did not seem especially clean. There was hair on the sheets and in a washcloth as well. The bathroom door wouldn’t close/lock. In the morning our room key wouldn’t unlock the pool area (during operating hours)....

'This place ended up being more like a halfway house - several properties in Columbia were converted (from a source who is a longtime resident of Columbia). Reeked of cigarette smoke and was incredibly noisy. People screaming, children crying - it was bad. I am disabled and sound sensitive, and I immediately crashed when we went to check out the room. 'First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV.
