'Overall the stay was decent. Room entry is outside, which was sketchy for a woman and young child. No elevator, so if you cannot take stairs, make sure to get first floor. It is very close to the highway and our door did not have stripping, so sounds and light poured in. Both the kitchen sink and the shower hardware need attention - sink faucet was comically loose and the shower was so weak I thought I'd never get the shampoo out of my hair. 'Uiterst vriendelijke behulpzame receptioniste incl gratis upgrade naar kingsuite, maar hotel wordt opgeknapt na overstroming. Kamer 1 was nog erg muf, wc lekte, douche kraan werkte niet. Kregen snel een 2e kamer die rook iets minder maar ook muf. Wel prima warm ontbijt buffet.'

'I was checked into an already occupied room when i returned to the front desk to let them know they made me wait while they argued with the cleaning lady then hinted that I would have to wait till the room was clean I had to tell them either check me into a different room or give me a refund to which magically got me checked into a new clean room'
