'front desk staff very unprofessional and poor appearance. She talked with her mouth full of food while chewing when we asked for information. She refused to explain the bill, and I never got a printout. The so-called Handicap Room had a tub I had to manage to get into to take a shower. The shower head was not adjustable and it blasted water onto me and the shower itself. No low-flow shower heads.
On a brighter note, the staff who took care of breakfast was cheerful, helpful, and pleasant. ...

'There were small white roach looking bugs in my room. I got a refund and got out of there. The staff was very helpful in the refund. They did say that the hotel was recently fumigated but I am not interested to stay.'

'Pet friendly, clean modern well appointed rooms. Lobby, registration and breakfast bar were undergoing renovations but space was still neat and clean. Breakfast shut down too early. 9am. So didn't get to take advantage of thar. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9am. Felt a little pressure to leave. Cruise ship vibe. Overall satisfied.'
