Newly tastefully Refurbished cute 2 Bedroom 1 bath Cabin 200 feet across the street from the Lake and only 500 feet from Height Marina Boat rental (Prebook in advance) Includes 2 kayaks & 4 person Paddle boat w/rental (with signed release of liability) and plenty of games. 2 TVs (50 inches) with Roku and Netflix and internet access. Will sleep 4 people. Over 3 days include a complimentary bottle of wine. View of the Lake from your front door. Enough parking for 3 cars. Absolutely no pets or smoking of any kind. Approximately 1 mile to Sav-Alot Grocery Store, and restaurants, and Lake is 200 feet away. Also a block away is miniature golf and go carts. Kayaks and a 4 man Paddle boat Included with rental at no additional charge. (will need to transport the water toys across the street with pull cart only 200 feet) Bedroom #1:Queen size bed with pillow topper and all bedding with 50 inch smart TV . Bedroom #2: Pull out queen couch with pillow topper with all bedding and 50 inch smart television and electric fireplace for winter. Dining room=Seats 4 includes ceramic and plastic dishes to accommodate 4 Outdoor Living=outdoor seating for 4 with charcoal BBQ (bring your own charcoal, etc.) Puzzles and games for all ages. Kitchen=Fully equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker,dish ware/pots and pans, silverware for up to 4 people, complimentary spices and teas, dining area with seating for 4 General=Complimentary wifi, window A/C in dining area enough linens/blankets, towels, and dishes to accommodate 4 FAQ-Keyless no contact access, external security cameras for added protection. Nice place for a short trip. Stayed 3 nights, last day of my trip the water lines froze and i was unable to shower, wash dishes, flush the toilet or access water for anything, including making coffee. After notifying the host, I received a response approximately 5 hours later. Host did not offer anything to offset the inconvenience of no water. Although this was an "off season" stay, i still paid a premium which the simple requirement of water could not be provided and a 5 hour delay in response to the concern needs to be addressed.

Are stay was good, of course anywhere you stay the beds are not your bed at home, a little on the soft side. The lakefront access, just wished it was more cleaned up and assessable. Other than that, the cabin was very cute , definitely would stay again. Thank you

Unfortunately we had bad weather when we came to stay here and there really was not much to do in the area. We cut short our stay. Also Didn't realize we'd have to carry the paddle boat from the garage to the water. Linen supply was little short. Place was small but the hosts were very kind.

It’s a super cute cabin. Exactly as described. The neighborhood was really quiet. It’s conveniently located to all the major amenities in Houghton Lake. I think the neighbors were a little too close for my taste. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend this location. The hosts were super responsive when we communicated. Wonderful experience!!

We are not happy with our stay. The place was so hot (A/C did not work) that we went to Walmart to purhase fans Friday night, which did not help at all. The A/C was turned on about 2:00, but the house was so warm that my 6 mo old was up all night Friday. We ended up packing and staying somewhere else Saturday night. There were a substantial amount of spiders as well. I messaged the owner this same information Saturday evening and received no response. I don't make these comments lightly but I feel I should get some kind of a refund.
