'I honestly loved this it had a cute little kitchenette in our room as we got a suite. It had a full fridge and the dishwasher was running when we entered so we knew the dishes were clean. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel served a continental breakfast and overall was really good. 'The updated WiFi works great! I have a kitchenette unit, it is very spacious, and very easy to use appliances. The bed and pillow are heavenly, and this is a huge must for me as I suffer from neck and back issues. The staff are all very accommodating and friendly. I will say, if you don’t like the sound of sirens, this wouldn’t work for you, as there are plenty, due to being right next to the local hospital. '

'The room was clean but smelled VERY strongly of cleaning product chemicals when we arrived at 5pm. We left and returned at 9pm and the smell was still strong. It is directly across the street from EQC casino and a busy road so it is VERY loud. We could not sleep the entire night. They require a $60 in cash only deposit that you get back at check out. 'Could not enter lobby. Had to do transaction through a "ticket window". Had to sign the back of a "paper". He said he needed that for expedia. Room was horrific soiled bedding, cigarette burns in bedding, etc. People walking on the outside of rooms looking in the windows. I went back to the window and told him I wouldn't stay there and that I wanted a refund. He said he would ask Expedia to refund it.I just wanted out of there. Actually very scared and uncomfortable.'
