Love this property!
We were in town from Florida for the Flag Football Jr. Olympics with our 4 kids. I booked the property on the day of our arrival, so the app would only let me book for the next day. I contacted the host and he was nice enough to let us book for the same day and also let us extend a day. The check-in process was super easy. We just entered the door code and we were in. With the daybed in the loft space, each of our kids had their own space. I would have liked to see TVs in the two 4th floor bedrooms, but my kids had their tablets, so they were okay without the TVs. There was ample closet space and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has really nice Thermador appliances. Be ready for a learning curve with the microwave and oven. LOL. Also, FYI, the exhaust for the stove is one of the ones that comes up out of the countertop. For a house this size, I would add a larger skillet (12 inch) with a lid, a couple of larger mixing /serving spoons, some measuring cups and a mixing bowl with a spout and a working can opener. There were more than enough cutlery, bowls, cups/glasses, plates, paper towels, dish detergent (for the sink and dishwasher), garbage bags and toilet tissue. There was also laundry detergent. We always bring our own, but it was nice that all of this was there. The house is close (driving distance) to the universities, shopping and lots of good restaurants. If I ever come back to Houston I would definitely like to stay at this property again.
