Didn’t even stay any of the days I paid for, rooms were disgusting with dead bugs, sticky spill spots, unclean sheets and pillow cases, holes in walls, dirty walls, unswept floors, and trash all outside of rooms and staircases. When 1st arrived and checked in and went to the 1st room I was given and saw how dirty it was I immediately went back to the desk to ask how often rooms were cleaned and describing how my room looked and showing them pictures, they replied by saying rooms are cleaned everyday after check out and explained that it didn’t look like the room had been cleaned at all only that sheets and pillowcases were replaced and even those are dirty l. The representative responded by asking me if I didn’t want room service and when I asked what she meant she asked me if I DIDNT want the room cleaned even after what I told her about it and I told her she could go check it for herself and see if she considered the room to be cleaned. It took 10 minutes from the time I got there and checked in to walkthrough the room and be given a new room that was also dirty )dirty sheets, toilet paper inside the peep hole, a dead fly, hair and food crumbs). My dad also made his own reservation for 2 queen bed and his sheets had what looked like a couples “wet spot” and that it stained the blanket as well as trash and dried food on the floor, he also got a key for a different room (4th room looked at within 20 minutes of arriving) only to have that one be dirty as well.

This property have the worst door key service. We had to get the key re-set almost every day. They said you are holding it to close to your cell phone and place the key in the car away from our phone and it would not work sometimes. I had two keys with the same problem

The room was clean for the most part. I noticed some spots on the floor and it was dirty on the backsplash area behind the sink. The parking lot is very well lit which was nice since I was getting back to the room late in the evening.

It was a good stay until we had to contact the front desk in the middle of the night because the guests next door woke us up with their loud arguing.

Enjoyable room
Im not sure why this hotel has a 3 star rating. The property is only a year old as of Oct 2 2021. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room was perfect. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The ac works very good. They even had toothbrushes if you forgot yours. The TV was large enough for the room. There was also a microwave and fridge, and a small couch and table. The parking lot is hug and very bright, which I appreciated since I was alone. Over all I enjoyed my stay with no complaints.

El cuarto a simple vista estaba bien, pero en la noche mucha gente hablando en los pasillos, niños gritandos hasta altas horas de la noche, basura en los pasillos y zonas verdes, cuando volvi en la noche sólo me limpiaron a medias la habitación una cama y la otra no, no dejaron toallas ni jabon nada, fuimos a hablar y el recepcionista puso en duda nuestra palabra, no me gustó, y el olor a marihuana insoportable, no me quedaría otra vez.

El lugar es relativamente nuevo, con una limpieza impecable. El personal muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte, excelente opción. Además, está cerca de todo lo que puedas necesitar, ya que en una sola avenida hay: restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, tiendas, etc. El único problema: las paredes son muy delgadas y puedes escuchar cuando hablan muy fuerte o tienen el televisor con volumen alto.

For a quick weekend, it was the perfect spot. The only issue of concern, was a party or gathering close to my elderly family members, where they were standing in doorways, loud music and parking double deep and they were unable to find parking close to their room. In addition, they should take the continental breakfast off of the advertising- I’m guessing because of COVID it’s no longer an amenity but I was just looking for a cup of coffee. End result, it was very clean and the parking lot is lit up very bright, so we never felt at risk.
