They didn’t want to give me the room. One room was paid in cash, the other with my bank card. On my account it showed transaction pending. The emplomes said his boss wanted the money right away. We were talking loud back and forth explaining that it was already there. Then after giving me a key, i got tel calls from 1:30 am till almost 2 am. The boss told the employee that if i didn’t pay, i had to leave the room. Then he told me that if i didn’t pay his boss would take the money from his check. So i had to pay again and it came out pending. I tried contacting Expedia and the protection plan, but the page wasn’t working. So vía Expedia I’m getting charged $167.10 even one room got paid cash. Oh and I had a reservation directly with the hotel, I tried to cancel it, and the tel number wasn’t working. So there’s $89.29+ $17.99 booking service fee= $107.28 which i lost also. The emplomes told me to talk with the manager at 9 am today Saturday, but i had to leave a few minutes and he didn’t show up by the time i was there and leaving. The employee took a pic of the transaction on my tel, so (1) am i taking a risk that my account will be hacked?(2) how will i get back my $88.05 because i got charged twice?
