The property was hard to get into if you have never been there before. The room was clean but had a smell. Kinda musty. The hotel was clean overall but kinda seemed like it was due an update or at least some freshening up. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Let’s start with the staff! The front desk lady had a horrible attitude from the jump! When I got in the room it smelled like mildew and when I turned on the ac I noticed it was covered with BLACK MOLD!! Infested with roaches!! I almost had a heart attack when I woke up and seen multiple roaches crawling on my shoes. I would never stay here again . Too bad I can’t upload photos so you guys can see what I had to deal with 120 down the drain

As I arrived checking in was good, I went to my room. First thing I wanted wanted was to take a shower due to the drive. The shower doesn’t work and water doesn’t come on nor in the sink. So they moved me which was supposed to be a better room. This room smells of mold and water damage. I tried as much as I could but I wasn’t able to stay the entire 3 days. I checked out the next morning. And then was told I would get NO refund because I booked through Expedia and that made it a third party and not directly through them. So NO refund. So I left anyway after being told by the young lady at the front desk told me that was being stupid for leaving.

It did what it needed to do but would not stay here again. Staff was fine, average but a handful of people who reserved looked shady. There was police 2 out of 3 days there. Sheets and bed itself have stains. Rooms stunk, I think it was the carpet.

After 10 o’clock there was nobody at the front desk we had to go through the side doors to get in. They close the front doors because of homeless people were across the street. The trashcan outside the building was filled all the way to the top and on the floor, I mentioned to the front desk they never did anything about it. I looked at it the next day and it was still like that they never cleaned up. Yes, it was kind of dirty.

They had roaches in my room , moved me to another room , just for the toilet to not work . It was hours before someone even came to my room and flush it after i used . I had to manually flush the toilet my whole weekend because they didn’t have anyone there to fix it . We had to go down to the lobby some many times because every time go to our rooms our key cards didn’t work. They never had washcloths or towels, we constantly had to wait for them to wash clothes waiting hours to wash and for someone to bring us clean one . I complained to the manager just for him to say we can’t refund you and do anything about my complains , you could have at least took a day off because no one should ever have to experience anything like i experienced at this hotel . This is the worst hotel, they’re dirty , rude and very inconvenient. I won’t ever stay here again and don’t recommend it at all

The guy at night shift for check in was rude and they gave me a room with a king bed when I chose two queen bed. In front of hotel entrance there is homeless people camping.

Most of the staff were very helpful and the beds were super comfy. Air conditioner kept room comfortable. It is older so the carpets and such are well used. Laundry room had been decommissioned so that was a disappointment as that was the amenity that swayed my booking. If you are looking for a comfortable sleep and a decent breakfast, this is a good choice. Bonus....lobby always had iced water ready for you to fill your water bottles.
