I arrived at 9pm Saturday night from Dallas for a mountain bike race Sunday morning. The room has odor of smoke, like it used to be a smoking room. The mini fridge was broken and the entire property had no ice machine. The food I brought spoiled. I reported to the desk clerk the next morning and he said not my problem, management problem, I will report it to them.

Ac didn’t work it was an oven in my room, bugs in the room, wifi didn’t work, toilet didn’t work at one point, card to get into the room didn’t work, lamp light didn’t turn on in the room. Overall, terrible experience. Never going back.

The breakfast was the worst we have ever had at any location we have ever stayed in. The morning staff was actually dismissive to the point of rude and tried to stay away from the dining area. We have never ever seen anywhere be as poor as this location.

Needed face towels had to ask for them. TV didn’t work. Ceiling was peeling. Not as clean. I would like a refund. I tried to talk to a manager but no one was at the front desk.

Hotel was so bad we left. Expedia was just as terrible at handling the situation. The hotel didn’t even have working phones! Very unsafe!! Stay away from this dump!

This is a very basic hotel, which I was expecting. However, the elevator wasn't working and we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs, which was very inconvenient. Also, they didn't have an ice machine in the hotel. I likely wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was friendly, but upon arrival we had minimal bathroom linen, outlet cover missing, rusted microwave, elevator buttons hardly worked, the plumbing was terrible, the pool and hot tub were both green and the hot tub had broken tiles in it and algae growing everywhere and breakfast was waffles and the absolute bare minimum. Nothing hot.

Dirty facility and unfriendly not customer service driven staff. I checked out within 4 hours of check in after finding a roach/insect leg underneath my pillow case and hair thru out room! Employee working the counter (Mallory) did not give me any proof of check out of concern or validation of my complaints. Expedia did a fantastic job on finding a new hotel for me and my family right away, however when asking the hotel franchise for a refund, they stated I was never checked out!!! We called the hotel directly numerous times to get proof of our check out in which were were hung up on, over 4 attempts. DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel is dirty and run down, staff is awful, disregarding and they do not try and help the paying customer. Pay the extra fees and stay elsewhere, there are plenty of options in the area.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room did not have any washcloths, I had to ask for some which I was told they weren’t any clean ones and they were all being washed. Then I was told they would bring some to our room but they never did bring any to us. Will not be staying at that location again.

Nice workers!
It was a nice hotel room. I loved that there was a sitting area. The bathroom didnt have any washclothes just regular towles and hand towles. The bed wasnt that comfortable to be there was a dip in the bed on the side i was on. The location was great it was right off the freeway and close to all kinds of foofld and shopping.

The first room we were offered had dirty linen covered with strands of hairs. The second room we were offered had spiders and bugs crawling on the bed. Several lights didn’t work in the room including the telephone. Front desk lady is not kind or accommodating at all.

Convenient location, rooms designed well, internet was good. The men at the desk were very helpful. The young lady had an attitude that was not helpful. The property has not been cared for well and it is showing. I think that his name was Brandon that was exceptionally helpful to me. Sunday breakfast was not what it could have been.

Good for a place to rest.
The guy at the reception desk was very helpful, polite and friendly. Their little hand sanitizer dispensers on the property were empty. They were using the base of their stairs as a storage room and had old carpets and I don't know what else there. Not a good look and can be prevented just by using an actual storage room. The bathtubs are old, peeling and need to be replaced. To be fair, the room was clean. No funny odors.

We must have been given the same room as a previous reviewer. The fan in the bathroom did not work. A maintenance person did come look at it, but it could not be fixed. The microwave was broke. The carpet was extremely filthy. There was visibly thick dust on the valance and the drapes were dirty. And to end the stay, I killed a roach on the bathroom floor the morning we were leaving. I did appreciate the coffee always being available and hot in the lobby because there was not coffee in the room. I asked the housekeepers two days in a row for room coffee, but they only had decaf.

It was fairly quiet. Lots of pillows, towels. Bed uncomfortable, no fan in bathroom, door key rarely worked> had to keep going down to desk to have it fixed, elevator doors were malfunctioning, opening and cclosing yet staying on the same floor unless you pressed and held button to hold them closed. Lobby tv so loud you csn hear it dow the hall on 2nd floor. Only 1 luggage rack>if used, you waited or did without. Toilet paper=sand paper! Coffee was just horrible, and i drink instant>so if i say it was terrible, it was!!. I wont be staying again

Very centric area where this hotel is, but hotel has some cons: *Limited things in breakfast *Rooms are ok, not excelent. *Very disappointed on the cleaning of the floors, dirty carpets and elevators dirty. *During staying not receive housekeeping service. If you're in a hurry you can stay here, but I recommended pay a little more and stay in a better place...

Terrible hotel, we were travel a lot and this hotel is the most terrible, breakfast doesn’t have anything, no bacon no egg just couple of croissants and muffins, it’s not worth for the money. Specially Staffs are rude AF, we won’t never come back again!!!
