Ms. Susan, We would like to start off by thanking you for highlighting our showers. We regret to see that you were bothered by the loud music and the noise from the freeway. The location was chosen here because of the convenience since it is easy to find and close to a lot of Houston hot spots. We are unable to do anything bout the freeway noise. However, it is hard to hear loud music in the office. If you hear any loud noises relating to other guests you are welcome to contact the main office.
