Everything was fine up until it was time to leave. The young man working at the front desk was unprofessional and dismissive when we asked about the airport shuttle. He seemed more interested in watching videos on his phone than assisting guests. We waited over 45 minutes trying to get confirmation that the shuttle was coming, but he refused to call and said he just “sent a message.” Eventually, we had to pay out of pocket for our own ride to the airport — which arrived before we even got any confirmation that the shuttle was on its way.
Earlier, we were told we could request a shuttle, so this situation was especially frustrating and unnecessary. I’d recommend arranging your own transportation to the airport to avoid the stress and risk of being late for your flight, especially if you’re traveling internationally.
