Great stay!
We really enjoyed this house on our business trip! It is comfortable and really close to almost everything. We were just 3 minutes from our job site and every other store we needed to go was just a few minutes down. Great house very clean comfortable will definitely recommend!

Everything about the house was perfect. I booked a day before the rental date, and even on short notice the host responded reasonably quick . House was clean. Beds are VERY COMFORTABLE, they are memory foam. Bathrooms clean. Cool lighted mirror in one of them. Wi-Fi great. Also there were some snacks which was convenient. And the putting green was great it had 2 clubs and plenty golf balls. GREAT CHOICE FOR ANYONE 10/10 RECOMMEND

The house was very comfortable and felt just like being at home. We will 100% stay here anytime we travel this way in future. The owner was extremely quick & easy to communicate with as well as overly accommodating with some special request for check in/out request that we had.

Quick trip
The house was ok for what we wanted. The back yard needs mowed/raked. Cigarette butts left in ashtray outside and in front porch vase. Trash was left in trash can from previous renters? The king size bed was very comfortable (nectar mattress) but no curling fan in that room. The queen bed sinks towards middle. The 2 twin beds may be more suited for children and the room did not have a plug in for a fan. The window blinds are cute but let too much light in. Needs curtains or something beside paper blinds. Back yard lights are in a timer no way to turn them off. If you want a place to sleep and don’t mind noise and light from busy street this is your place. Very affordable but probably will not rent here again.

Un lugar muy acogedor para la familia tiene todo lo que necesitas cerca de muchas tiendas y un buen lugar demasiado tranquilo y seguro la gente es muy amable y la comunicación con el anfitrión muy bueno primero si sentí que le Faltaba más limpieza y organizando pues a primera vista estaba toda la basura afuera tirada daba mal aspecto a la casita y ciertas cosas sin funcionar dentro de la casa pero nada que no se pueda arreglar definitivamente volvería a rentarla pues me encanto sin duda alguna ya tengo un lugar donde ir cada que vaya a Houston 😍 oh y el precio súper bueno.

This was a great place to stay. Good location, comfortable beds..the graffiti in the back yard (on a shed) was a bit off. Just made me feel like I was somewhere I shouldn’t be. I think I would rent again though.

Lovely home 🏡
We stayed in this house while recovering from surgery and it was an absolute gem! The kitchen was fully stocked, there was a great coffee bar with various teas, and comfy beds at night! Only 9 mins from the surgery center and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting from out of town.

I'm sorry you felt the step-down was a safety issue and deserved a 1-star review, Ellen. We try to prevent any incident from occurring by clearly marking the step with the yellow and black caution tape you most likely saw during your stay. Hopefully, everything else was to your satisfaction.

Great spot in Humble!
Super cute place in downtown Humble. House has 3 nice size bedrooms and 2 baths with a well equipped kitchen and cute backyard. We had an issue with an appliance and the owner was there within 20 minutes. Very attentive owners and when our trip was extended they were super flexible! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice updated historic home
Costed family in humble and booked this place. Was clean and had all the amenities one may want. The host was very thoughtful and purchased some bubbles and water guns for my children. Great communication with the host and will go out of his way to make sure you have a present stay. I’d I’m ever in the area again and need a place to stay, I would book this place again.

A Hidden VRBO Gem
I stayed alone at Louis' property for five days and four nights. This Humble neighborhood was tranquil -I barely knew that I had neighbors. The property itself was clean and well maintained, and someone with sharp creative abilities decorated its exterior and interior -every portion of the home was warm and inviting. Louis liberally packed the fridge with water and other libations, including coffee. Louis made himself available every time that I attempted to reach him. I look forward to booking this property again.

Easter Weekend
First, I just want to state that, Louis, is the most accommodating host I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with for Vrbo. He communicated promptly and clearly from start to finish. He is a very gracious host. Thank you, Louis! We were in town to spend Easter with family we haven't seen since the pandemic. The home was perfect for our party of 6, 4 teens, 1 preteen and 1 adult. It's cute, cozy and clean with comfortable beds. We all slept well! The location provided easy access to the hwy, as well as, restaurants and grocery stores. We even Door Dashed breakfast tacos one morning from Itacate Taqueria, a local restaurant. On our last morning we ate breakfast at the Humble City Cafe (in walking distance). The large round table and coffee table allowed us to play board games in either the dining area or living room. My teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the popcorn provided for our movie/game night. Oh and this might not be important to others, but it was a major plus for us, the water pressure was perfect for all our thick haired heads. We will definitely keep Boomtown Bungalow at the top of our Vrbo list. Thanks again!

Perfect for our stay!
This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Humble. There were a total of 4 adults and 1 child in our party and the house had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked and the house looks like it’s been remodeled. It is very clean, beds are comfortable, host even provided shampoo/ conditioner and other toiletries. Communication with Louis was easy and he even accommodated a late check out for us. The fenced backyard is super cute with a big, beautiful tree and a table to enjoy dining al fresco. The drive way is narrow but fits about 3 cars and there is additional street parking as well. If we ever return to the area, we’ll definitely book here again. Thanks Louis!
