Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was average. When we first checked in, we were given a handicap-accessible room that was visibly not clean—there were marks on the walls and it clearly hadn’t been properly prepared. The night front desk staff member was helpful and got us switched to another room without any trouble, which we appreciated. The new room was better, but still had a few issues. The shower didn’t drain well and would back up during use, and the sink had very low water pressure. Also, when we interacted with the day front desk staff, they weren’t as helpful or friendly, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was okay, but the combination of cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and inconsistent service left us feeling underwhelmed.

I stayed here with my daughter and we loved the staff and how safe we felt the room was comfy. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have a hot tub which is one of the main reasons I picked her. But over all we were happy with our stay

The hotel was quiet and the staff was nice; however, I feel like this was one of the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. The pictures on the website did not match the condition of the hotel (no hot tub). The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The curtains had holes in them and the computer chair was worn to the point there was nothing but the cushion. The breakfast bar had the same food every day with no variety. I will not be staying at this location again.
