We booked a room here because there is a restaurant on premises, but when we got there we were told it wasn’t open. Plenty of other places nearby, but we hadn’t wanted to leave again once we gut there.

The hotel staff was nice and friendly. The room was very good. The only issue in the room was the shower. It was either cold or hot. Service to the room was the trendy, if you need it we'll do it. Breakfast is not included in the room price.

Clean, but no frills... A lot of the rooms are located very far from the elevator so if mobility is an issue ask at the front desk if they have anything close to the elevator.

Continental breakfast was not included because I use a third-party for my booking so I had to pay an additional $10 per person for a continental breakfast and my microwave in my room wasn’t working. I was told I had to wait till the next day for maintenance. However they never came to fix the microwave and management was rude. The desk clerk was nice, but the manager was rude.

Que no se hiciera limpieza. Los corredores están muy encerrados y el aroma es fuerte a comida. Los vecinos se pelearon a golpes, gritos y demás. Lo cual me alteró y no pude descansar bien !! Porque se empujaban contra el muro...Me gustó mucho la cama, y su aroma a limpio !! Eso me permitió estar más conforme !! Quise un taxi para salir y no hay un acuerdo para obtenerlo. Solo dicen... perdón ... no le puedo ayudar. El desayuno es caro para las opciones que ofrecen. Por demás desagradable !! Espero mi reembolso, no hay razón para haberlo hecho efectivo !!!!! No regresaré. Sorry !!

Lamento acerca del incidente con su vecino, nos hubiese gustado que nos deje saber durante su estadia para poder haber actuado en ese momento y darle un mejor servicio. Nosotros no tenemos servicio de taxi pero front desk le ofrecio llamar a uno, lamentamos mucho que usted haya decidido llamar por su cuenta. Espero que nos de una oportunidad mas para poder mejorar su estadia con nosotros.

I like the way the staff greets and listened, to important detailed information. But, do not acknowledge the "True facts", about what was explained plus shown to the Assistant Manager; and they continued to proceed with their daily duties. However, this has been going on at every location of Businesses, that I know i am Owner. This has been a long time coming for the Real Owner, after going throught so much behind this "[One individual]" that wishes to be me.

We arrived during a system error. The front desk clerk was very professional regardless of how frustrated he must have been. When we finally got to our room there were a few issues which we relayed to the front desk (ie. Faucet loose, shower door stuck). They promptly switched us to another room. During our stay we learned that they are in the process of updating the whole place. So, everything will be new again, soon. We were there several days and had an opportunity to get to know the staff. They were all friendly, courteous and eager to please. We liked that it shared a parking lot with restaurants and a nail spa. We do plan to stay again when we return to the area.

Felt unsafe here. Commode and sink were both not working properly in the room. No bag for dirty clothes. This place is poorly maintained. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room. One table in the room was badly scratched up. When I walked in to check in, the clerk was just about to help me, but then an angry customer walked up and the clerk dropped me and started helping the other guy and it took quite a while to finish helping him. I had pre paid for the room, otherwise I would have walked out and gone to a much better place.
