Parking was horrible. I don’t like that just about anyone can walk right into the hotel as a matter of fact one of the nights someone was arrested in the entrance as we were returning to our room.

The hotel was clean and we loved the room, A/C was nice and cold! However, the staff was horrible. We didn’t have problems checking in but witnessed the staff being extremely rude to other guests. When we were getting some snacks, one employee pick up a ticket and loudly said OH GREAT NO TIP. Even though we like the hotel, it definitely turned us off to staying here again.

We had a very nice room. Breakfast was great. Staff was cordial. Biggest concern was that they insisted on a $75 per day hold on a credit card for incidentals. While there was no mini-bar or other things in the room. That seemed terribly high.

Escogimos este hotel por su cercanía al centro de convenciones, resultó estar cerca de todo en el centro de Houston. El desayuno es bueno para empezar el día: frutas, huevo' salchichas, cereal, jugos ...etc , las habitaciones limpias y cama confortable. El único detalle es el aire acondicionado, hace mucho ruido.

The valet service at this place is very idiotic. Extremely inconvenient, your car and keys are taken and you’re supposed to text back to get it again. It took more than 20 minutes each time. There was an emergency alarm that took place close to 6:45am on a Sunday. There was no reason given to anybody. One of the worst places I have stayed. Will recommend to find other places for anyone coming to downtown Houston.
