All artwork was created by local Houston artist Katya Du Pond and quilter Charlene Morrison. Located blocks from River Oaks, the property is walking distance to over 40 top-notch local restaurants, shops and entertainment and less than 5 miles from Museum District Medical Center, and The Galleria.

Our property is in a residential upscale neighborhood of Upper Kirby within the heart of Houston.

The area is very safe and there is heightened security and police in the area due to the Upper Kirby zoning. Our house includes a two car garage and one vehicle may be parked in front of the house. Outside of this, there is street parking available and street parking rules/signs must be followed.

The house is walking distance to several restaurants (over 40) and shops. The location is great! This is a true city home. Although this is a single family home, we do share walls on either sides with the neighbors and there will be some street noise heard at night as experienced with all inner-city establishments.

We take great pride in our home. Our property is great for families coming into town to sightsee as well as business travelers or folks coming into town to experience the city. This is NOT a party house and we hold strict quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. which we ask guests to abide by. We also ask that no more than 10 individuals be inside the home at once. All guests staying at the property must be listed in the reservation along with their contact information.
