Sleep in a quiet bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and dedicated workspace.

Italian style, modern furniture and appliances, and a large patio make this little gem a unique find in the area.

The house is centrally located and allows easy access to public transportation, and restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

You will have access to a fully furnished house upper area (first floor and second floor), including the living room and kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, and 1 half bath. Indipendent entrance through the STAIRS and METAL gate.

Please do not bother the other guests, which also have an independent space and separate entrance through the WOOD gate.

A smart lock code will be provided at check-in.

I will not be present at the property.

Kindly, avoid walking down the indoor stairs. They will lead to the unit downstairs and garage, but they are currently locked.

Please, do not try to access the other room on the second floor, which is locked and belongs to the owner (not staying in the property).
NO SMOKING:

Please do not smoke inside the house.
We will require deep cleaning and sanitation in case of smoking, and a $250 fee will be applied.

PETS:
We love dogs 🐶 ❤️!
However, they also have to comply with some house rules.
They should stay on leash, and the owner is responsible for cleaning up after them.
Also, if we receive multiple reports of barking or loud dogs from other guests, we will, unfortunately, be forced to ask to leave the premises.
A partial refund will be provided based on the length of the stay if more than 3 days.

IMPORTANT:
Locking yourself out!
We had guests in the past locking themselves out of the room.
Unfortunately, this is going to cost $200 to repair the lock and handle.
Please be aware that guest will be charge for such expenses.
