Overnight stays: Your reservation is approved for the specific number of registered guests who may stay overnight. You may have extra visitors, but the total number of guests staying past 2 AM CST must not exceed the registered number.

Visitors: You may have up to 3 visitors. Visitors may stay in the house until 2 AM. After 2 AM, they are considered an overnight guest. If this incident occurs, your reservation will be updated immediately to reflect each additional visitor (up to 3 visitors) added to your existing guests, and your card on file will be billed accordingly.

Parties: Absolutely NO PARTIES. Any number of visitors during your stay that is over three visitors is considered a party and will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Local authorities may be contacted, and you will be required to vacate the property immediately, with no exceptions.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out Fees: A $50 fee applies to approved early check-ins and/or late check-outs, due to the additional demand placed on our cleaning staff.

Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are ONLY allowed OUTSIDE on patio(s) and/or back yard deck, but NOT indoors NOR inside of the garage at any time and NOT within 10 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air intake vents. Violation of this rule will result in the loss of your security deposit (if applicable) and an additional $500 fee for `de-smoking` the home.

Cameras: Please be aware that the Ring doorbell/camera(s) are located at the front gate, front door, inside the garage, and backyard areas. These camera devices actively record audio and video and are placed only on the exterior of the property.
