Anchored by the globally renowned Texas Medical Center, this area is also home to NRG Park, where the Houston Texans, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and international concerts and events bring energy year-round. Just minutes away, visitors can explore the Museum District, featuring the Houston Museum of Natural Science, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Children’s Museum, or relax in nearby Hermann Park, home to the Houston Zoo and tranquil gardens. For a lively evening, hop on the METRORail and head into Midtown—Houston’s hotspot for trendy restaurants, craft cocktail lounges, and vibrant nightlife. With seamless access to downtown’s Discovery Green and Theater District, plus the shaded beauty of Rice University’s campus, the NRG/Medical Center area places you at the heart of Houston’s most popular destinations.

Getting Around:
We recommend that guests rent a car during your stay in Houston as many of Houston's best attractions and fun things to do are scattered around the city and much more convenient when accessed by car. While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Houston area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also great options but expenses can quickly add up as Houston rideshare rates are on the higher end and can surge very high during busy times, such as 2AM on weekends and during large events such as Rodeo, conferences, etc.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

★ Other Things to Note ★

- We would love to welcome guests who book our home the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.
- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
- For longer term stays over 30 days, guests are required to pay for monthly full-home cleaning services at $130/clean. This requirement cannot be waived and must be paid prior to each monthly cleaning service. In addition, stays over 30 days are subject to utility charge caps of $250/month for electricity and $150/month for water/wastewater/trash. If our utility bills are higher than these caps for the time period during a guest's stay that is longer than 30 days, we reserve the right to charge the guest for the amount over these caps.
- Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters, especially if they are found dead, does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.
- The area is quickly developing but once you arrive within the duplex, you'll feel the comfort of a unique experience you won't find anywhere else!

Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER pet cleaning fee applies :

1- 4 Nights : $25 Per Night
5-29 Nights : $200
30+ Nights : $300/pet/month
