Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property.
To rent bikes for a ride; the rental fee is $50 per bike.
Three bikes are available for rent.
After payment is made ; the lock codes will be provided

There will be a mandatory pool waiver that needs to be signed prior to receiving any access codes. If you do not agree to sign the waiver, the reservation will need to be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS

The pool is cleaned weekly.

If you desire to heat the pool , please see fee schedule below and we would need to know in advance of your stay. Please note that the jacuzzi doesn't cost to be heated.

There's a $250 charge to heat the pool for the first 24 hours.
There's a $50 daily charge to keep it heated.


There are outside security cameras only.

These cameras should never be touched, or there will be a $200 fee applied for repositioning and re-installing.

Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any emergency or day-to-day enquiries. Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves through the Airbnb app after booking is confirmed.

The second and third bedrooms, which share a shower , but has separate commodes and vanities, feature equally luxurious queen-size beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with its own smart TV, allowing you to indulge in entertainment at your leisure.
