I was unable to check in. I went to the hotel and it was literally closed. There was a sign from the city that said it was closed for maintenance and an occupancy investigation. I never received a notification and my reservation was never cancelled.

The hotel is literally closed for business and isn't open I was booked to stay the night here got to the location and it was gated closed completely I called hotels.com and was not offered a relocation for the room as well. I've been trying to get my money back ever since and it has been anything but easy . I will not return to the establishment even if it changes owners and everything else I do suggest not bothering with this place highly they take your money for a room that's non refundable and doesn't honor the room itself when you arrive

They did not clean our room at all the whole time we stayed we also had to make our own beds up ask for new sheets and also take out our own trash. They claimed to have breakfast on weekends but never provided it. Most the staff was under the influence and was sleeping in the lobby drunk most nights. They also did not let me know that they were supposed to be shut down way before we booked . I found out the very last day that they did not pass the inspection months ago and was supposed to be shut down while we were staying.

The pool was closed their in the middle of renovation I has to ask for another room the 1st room bathroom tub and floor was full of hair stained comforter as well the main entrance door DOSENT work we had to slide the door open ourselves in and out

I arrived at the property and the doors were closed. There was a sign saying that there was not hot water. The front desk said my reservation via Expedia was not accepted. The customer service was poor and I felt kicked out. I had to go to another place and with no refund.

I didnt get my deposit back even though i only ended up staying for a few hours waiting on a fanily member who woke up late to pick me up. Were is my deposit its supposed to be refundable.

My room was spotless and the hotel itself was very clean. There was some construction/remodeling going on but did not interfere with my stay. Wifi was adequate for streaming on my own device. My biggest issue was the water only got lukewarm. When I asked about this issue I was told that was part of the remodeling going on and would be replaced soon. There was no breakfast as stated on their website. Overall, I would stay again as soon as the water issue is fixed.

Twice in months apart Expedia & OYO Hotel N 45 South Feeder, have cancel my stays because they both have Dropped the Ball Twice & didn’t care about my money because I had to pay in advance & till this day 2day I haven’t received my money back or any at least free stays & I had to do everything twice by myself like booked in another Hotels, short on my money twice again..Can U guys please return my money, this issues that I was cancel was cause U guys Dropped the Ball Twice & I still use Y’all’s companies.. Come’ I now..?????

WHATEVER YOU DO.. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! They turned me away then still charged me for the room! Walking in the lady at the desk was on a personal phone call and ignored me. Then they took my card for a deposit. She wanted to kerp my credit card while I checked the room.I refused.Gave me a room key.In the room NO TV. The furniture was all rearranged and the bed was broken. I went back down to see if had another room. She said someone stayed in rhe room I went to then they outright refused to give me a room. I had nowhere to go and had to book another hotel. This experience was horrible. Today several weeks later they charged my debit card for the room anyway in the day my rent is due!! I contacted customer support they agreed to refund me but it takes 7-10 business days to return the money for a room I was refused. I hope you read reviews like I do. If you want to stay in a hotel that is clearly filled with drug activity and shady business practices by all neans stay at this hotel. SCARY PLACE PERIOD!

This place is basically a flop-house. It’s a complete garbage dump. It smells of feces, the carpets are visibly dirty, trash everywhere. The building is falling apart, there is leakage, and the rooms are not cleaned. There was garbage in my room, the door was damaged (it looked like it had been kicked or forced open at some point and never repaired), the toilet had cigarette butts in it. The hallways were strewn with garbage and dirty laundry. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I walked to my room, took a look around and left.
