This is a transitioning area that may appear rough but it's safe and very quiet at night. There is a gate to the property and ring doorbell and other cameras for added security.

Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $40 late check out fee. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past normal 10:00 am check-out time then late check-out fee is $80. This $80 will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment.
Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.
There is a train that runs adjacent to this horn. You may hear the train at times which causes some noise.
As much as i love pets, no pets allowed on property.
For undisclosed pets brought into the listing, there is an additional $250 fee.
