The Cougar Pad is made up of two identical units, Unit A and Unit B, each offering 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 2 sets of queen bunk beds). Both sides share the same layout and amenities, making it easy to coordinate group stays. Each bedroom includes cozy bedding and a private bath, with access to a full kitchen, and shuffle board!

Guests will enjoy secure, keyless entry through a smart lock at the private entrance, no need to worry about keys! Parking spaces are in front of the property labeled for easy distinguishing.

**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.


Required Next Steps: After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete identity verification. This step is required and must be completed before your stay.
You will also be required to choose between two damage protection options: either pay a $500 refundable damage waiver or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
