Here's what you're getting: two fully-private homes on one property, reserved exclusively for your crew. The 4-bedroom main house sleeps 12 across five bedrooms (including a king loft up the spiral staircase, because why not). The guest house sleeps 4 more. That's 16 people, zero hotel hallways, and one shared backyard that earns its keep.

Speaking of that backyard — it's where the real business happens. Make a big batch of margs in the provided margarita machine, then head to the backyard to soak in the hot tub, challenge someone to ladder toss, fire up the outdoor dining area, or head into the guest house to destroy your friends at arcade games (free to play, no quarters required). This is the kind of place where someone inevitably says "we should just stay in tonight" — and everyone actually agrees.
