In the master bath it fills with water fast, like the drain needs to be cleaned out, we kept having to turn the water off to let the water go down. Also the knob from the master bathroom to go out to the backward is loose so we just kept it locked and did not use it. The hall bath is the same way. The hallway light bulb went out yesterday night. All towels are in the washer. Everything else was great. I will recommend you for the future.

Good getaway

My 3 children and I came to this property just to have a few days with endless swimming. The property was clean, spacious, and the pool was a good size. The kids had so much fun. Host was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Was nervous when getting to the neighborhood but turned out to be nice and quiet. Overall I would recommend this property. And would def visit again.

I appreciate the 100 refund, but your response came across as passive-aggressive, dismissive, and lacking genuine empathy. Your comment, "I'm happy to hear that none of what I did was worth anything," was sarcastic and misrepresented what I actually said. I never said your efforts meant nothing. The issue wasn't just the pool. It was the overall experience, which included the unusable pool, maintenance problems, and pest concerns. Customer service isn't just about explaining why something happened or fixing it afterward. It's about acknowledging the guest's experience, taking accountability for how it affected them, and responding with empathy.Instead of acknowledging the impact these issues had on our stay, your response felt focused on defending yourself. While I appreciate that steps were taken after the problems were reported, those repairs benefited future guests not my family. A 100 refund simply does not reflect the experience we paid for.

Spring Break Vacation

We enjoyed our visit. Personally we did not like the area outside of the neighborhood but once you get past that it’s fine. The house was nice and the commutation with property owner was great. Loved having the pool. One note is need to add folks as there was only one in the drawer.
