Try another location
There was no elevator had to go to the 4th floor for the room. In have a handicap placard for a knee injury yet they could only place me on the highest floor. They conditions of the building can be improved the halls reek of marijuana and cigarette smoke as guest smoking in the hallways rooms and stairwell of the no smoking building.

The kitchenette was great, space was adequate and pet friendly,wifi easy. Elevator broke,no coffee bar as indicated. Very inconveint as we loveeeee coffee! Tamika at the front desk warmed up in no time,staff friendly. We stayed at Woodsprings during transitions in our family ,waiting on home to be ready and Hurricane Harvey and I would still recommend them.

Friendly guest staff. They help me any time I need them for.. elevator was broken twice in a week. I’ve been there three or four times this year so far, last two it has reduce some stuff than usually are common at any average hotel like small towels, soap, shampoo

You need to call to check in at night. There was no one at the front desk. The room next to the highway was very noisy.

This is not a hotel in the conventional sense. It is a run down apartment building for lower income families. It is not as advertised.

The card scanner was broken so I had to ask someone to walk me up to my room everytime I needed to go in. Also the elevator was broke. Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. And there was blood in the stairwell at one point

Tiene habitaciones grandes, tiene a/c, cocina electrica (nunca lo use), heladera grande. La habitacion tiene olor, la frazada tambien tenia olor desagradable. Estuve una semana y no me habian limpiado la habitacion ni una vez. no me cambiaron las toallas. Pero el precio es muy accesible, volveria a quedarme aqui en otra ocacion.

Our shower only had one door on it so water was everywhere I had to get fresh sheets for the bed there was hair all in the bed and dirt like the sheets weren’t changed red candy on the sheets as well there was only 1 towel Set in the bathroom very loud as well

I checked in on a Friday. Went back to the front desk about an hour later to let them know that the bathroom in my room wasn't working. They told me they would not be able to fix it until Monday, which was the day i checked out. Asked again on Saturday and the lady at the front desk said she would give it a try. Sunday came around and they said that it was an issue that could be fixed with a plunger but they did not have one on site. Sunday night comes around and i arrive at my room at night and see a plunger sitting just inside the door. I used it, but it turned out that it was not a plunger issue. The bathroom in my room was not working the entire time I was there. When i repotted it, their response was to tell me they didn't have any way to fix it, then i was made to try to fix it myself. I was never offered a room switch and ended up having to leave my room each time I had to use the bathroom to use the one in the lobby. The whole experience was a nightmare.

The hotel should have specified that they are extended stay. The linens was dirty, hall way was stinking in overall it was 0/10 for me.

Quite hotel just has a bad smell to the hallways and rooms. Room is on the small side it was clean but the floors were slippery, like left over residue. Check in and out was fast and smooth.

The hotel is very good and the staffs are very nice,but on my first night I started seeing small cockroaches every where,I was literally killing them with tissue and my slippers,they should try to fumigate each room after a customer leaves.I love the environment also.Aside the cockroaches I love the hotel.

The hotel is relatively clean for the price. The staff is very friendly. Downside, only coffee is served during the week and not the weekend.No ice machine and we’re in Houston. If you want clean linens there is a $10 fee.

when we arrived for check-in we were given our room keys and went upstairs to go check out our room and it hadn't been cleaned from the previous people, there was beer bottles and food all over the room.

The hotel hallways were stinky, the elevator was stinky, there was only 1 cart/dollie which is not good for guests, my room smelled like smoke when we first walked in (meaning the maids do not clean very well), the front desk staff is not friendly and had poor customer service skills. Do not ever book here!!!! Especially terrible for kids.

Good stay!
The room was super clean, the front desk people were polite and friendly, knowledgeable about their job and the location! All around good stay! One drawback is that if you don't have a car, you are stuck because it's not centrally located to anything in walking distance. I had not rented a car beforehand.

Room was next to the stairs and i heard people screaming and then the fridge was not working properly it smelled like mold the restroom werent that clean and it looks like housekeeping doesn't do a very good job at cleaning and disinfecting the room .. probably wont stay here again until there is some upgrade to this place.
