'У нас был поздний заезд (в 5 утра).Приходим на рецепцию -нам заявляют -мы вас не ждали,но пока поселим в свободный номер,завтра переселим в более просторный (мы бронировали номер фемили)-ок.Далее был завтрак (отдельная песня),затем нас переселяют с оговоркой, что не видят нашего бронирования :), хотя сумму за проживание называют из нашей брони.Нам был предоставлен более просторный номер, но не сьют (фемили), который мы изначально бронировали...Далее по процедуре оплаты-можно картой? -Конечно...

'The Fairmont is a centrepiece of Baku. The hotel staff are phenomenal, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly decorated. The reception is welcoming. We were met by Survan who was exceptional. His attention to detail to ensure your stay with them was paramount. He went above and beyond and a credit to the hotel chain.
